Free Bird Team 3 CS491 Project 1

Game instructions:

On the menu, click the story button for a comic of the game story!

Left mouse button to shoot. You get a automatic fire but also make sure to use left mouse fire for a additional fire bullet command.

pick up bird seed bags and health for powerup boosts in game.

If you are in a level and want to quit. press escape and you will be automatically be brought back to the main menu.

You start on a desert land searching for you first stolen egg.

Each level has 4 sub levels, where each sub level has 4 waves of enemies. Clear them to find the boss, who has stolen your precious eggs!

There are 3 levels. The first one is unlocked. You must beat the first level to progress to the next.

Each level you progress the enemies get harder in difficulty.

Bug notes:

The Buttons on the main menu dont resize with different resolutions correctly, but should still be pressed

The only Button with real issues is in the story menu, the next button sometimes does not match with the

"next" button. Try moving the cursor around the screen, closer to the bottom right, to find the actual clickable button.

You should see the screen turn slightly black if you move the mouse cursor near this button area.

Brackeys was a very helpful resource for making some of scripts for the player, and projectiles. Links for the brackey videos used are in the given scripts that follow along those tutorials

We also tried to use audio from a free audio website. However, we were unable to get the audio working in our final game.
